Refund Policy
The Meta Ads Audit is a $97 one-time service purchased online through our payment processor, Stripe. This policy explains when it is refundable and how the credit works.
1. The $97 is credited, not lost
If you go on to start a paid engagement with Movement Ads, the full $97 is credited toward your first invoice. The Audit is designed to pay for itself in the fixes it surfaces.
2. Once the Audit is delivered
Because the Audit is custom work performed on your account and delivered as digital dashboards, creative briefs, and a walkthrough, the $97 is non-refundable once we have delivered your Audit. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a custom service rather than a returnable product.
3. If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to deliver your Audit, for example because access to your account cannot be granted and you are not able to provide exports, and we have not yet performed the work, we will refund your $97 in full. If you change your mind before any work has begun, contact us and we will refund you.
4. Chargebacks
If you have any concern about your Audit, please contact us first so we can make it right. We would rather resolve it directly than through a chargeback.
5. How to request a refund
Email us with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
